My journey into a life inspired by the teachings of yoga started in my twenties, as I sought a way to find balance and manage anxiety, trauma and mental health. My research soon took me to some of the spiritual teachers and literature I still values today - most notably Eckhart Tolle’s The Power Of Now. That particular book shifted my perspective enough to release some of the suffering that had been blocking my ability to grow, and ultimately find a more nourishing path in life.

Coinciding with my move to the city of Bristol, UK, I started to pursue a deeper engagement with yoga and in 2016 I completed an advanced-level course in Hatha Yoga Teacher Training. Still feeling like I was missing something vital, I began searching for a community. My search, and wishing to further my studies and practice, took me to Yogasara studio in Bristol, and in 2019 I embarked on a two-year, 500 hr immersion teacher training course in Tantric Vinyasa Yoga.

The style of teaching I have developed is unique to my own unfolding, and healing and is ever-evolving and rooted in the belief that my own continued studies, practices and offerings are all deeply connected. I feel deeply comfortable holding energetic space, and feel I provide a strong yet nurturing enclosure in which to immerse yourself in your practice.

The practices I guide are full-bodied, aiming to connect mind, body and spirit. They offer an opportunity to release, to challenge and connect deeply within, but always offset by the need for self-care and the freedom to listen to your own needs.

Presently, I offer regular weekly practices and workshops throughout the year, continually growing both in my outreach and outlook to explore how I can best serve the collective consciousness and encourage physical, mental and spiritual health in the wider community.

I am currently in training to become an Unfoldment Coach, working with the model of IFS. Internal Family Systems is a map used in psychotherapy to understand our psyche. i will share more on that here, as i travel through the course.
